Dr. Eviatar received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and then completed his internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. After serving as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at NYU Medical Center, he then completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Cosmetic, Orbital and Reconstructive Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Eviatar is a certified physician trainer for Sculptra, Radiesse, BOTOX Cosmetic, and Juvederm. He is a member of the National Education Faculty of Sanofi-aventis, Allergan, Merz Aesthetics and Medicis Aesthetics, and a platinum member of the Allergan: BOTOX Physician’s Network.

A recognized expert with multiple cosmetic lasers, Dr. Eviatar has performed thousands of surgery procedures for facial reconstruction and cosmetic purposes (wrinkles, acne, scars, etc.). He specializes in non-surgical procedures to improve one's appearance such as BOTOX©, Restylane, Collagen, Sculptra and Radiesse treatments. He was a lead investigator for the FDA clinical trial using Radiesse for facial enhancement in patients with HIV associated lipodystrophy.

Dr. Guida has been in practice for more than 20 years and has appeared in the press on multiple occasions.  Most recently, he was featured on NBC discussing his techniques with various liposuction procedures.  He has been recognized as one of "The Best Doctors in NY" by New York Magazine and the Connolly Guide of Best Doctors.

Dr. Guida specializes in surgical facelifts, rhinoplasty, functional nose and sinus surgeryand custom liposuction procedures including Smartlipo and AQUALIPO. 

Dr. Guida received his B.S., Summa Cum Laude, in Biology from the University of Steubenville, Ohio, before earning his medical degree at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.  Before leaving Pennsylvania, he served residencies in Internal Medicine at the Lankenau Hospital and in General Surgery at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  He also completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary in New York City and received fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University.  He is Board Certified by The Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, The Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and a member of The American Society of Liposuction Surgery.

Jane MacKinnon is a New York State licensed aesthetician with 10 years of extensive experience treating aging skin, acne and acne scarring, as well as other skin conditions. 

She specializes in laser hair removal, intense pulsed light treatments, microdermabrasion, facials and chemical peels.  In addition, she develops an individualized, cost effective skincare regimen for her clients to maintain the results of these treatments and prevent further skin damage.  The skin maintenance programs are based on the highest quality, physician strength products currently available.
